Project Overview
"The in-app mini-game, “Mooncake Master”, incorporate a point-earning mechanism designed for a series of applications within the K11 development group. These games aim to enhance the effectiveness of their marketing strategy.
Client Profile + Background
K11 is a pioneering lifestyle brand that merges art, culture, and commerce. Known for transforming retail into a cultural experience, K11 attracts diverse audiences, including art and fashion enthusiasts. The in-app mini-game aims to enhance customer engagement while reflecting K11's creative spirit, offering users an entertaining way to explore the brand.

Problem Statement
The current in-app experience lacks engaging interactive elements, leading to decreased user retention and satisfaction. Users have expressed a need for more varied content and challenges, and the absence of a mini-game limits fun interactions.

Approach
To address this, A mini-game that seamlessly integrates with the app was developed. This feature offered a balance of challenge and accessibility, encouraging users to return frequently while providing rewards that enhance their experience. Our goal is to boost engagement and retention, creating a more dynamic and enjoyable user experience.




Takeaway
Enhancing Game Design By Analysation
Diving into other competitor game layouts was an exciting and rewarding experience! I loved spotting what worked, uncovering areas to tweak, and then weaving those insights into my designs. Once I got a solid grasp of the game’s key aspects and flow, I could bring fresh energy to creating a more intuitive and engaging interface. It drove home how powerful case studies are for pushing my design skills to the next level.
